The original structure was built in the early 1990’s and was not only tired but its floor plan was not what the clients were wanting to live with. After extensive consultations a new floor plan was designed for open plan living and ease of movement. The new floor plan also took advantage of the sweeping Brisbane City and River views. Once the new designs were approved the entire home was gutted and rebuilt. The new home is elegant and modern in style and finishes.
